RENTAL DETAILS

We take pride in sending out only high quality wetsuits. Every suit is thoroughly inspected before shipment and again upon return. We do not send out damaged suits. Any damage identified after return may result in charges ranging from a $25 repair fee up to the full deposit amount, depending on the severity of the damage.

This is a demo wetsuit. Original packaging is not included, and tags have been removed.

Demo suits are graded as follows:

A = Almost new / Lightly worn
B = Used / Repaired. May show cosmetic wear.

Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Returned wetsuits must be clean and fully dry. Please follow the attached cleaning guide carefully. Wet or damp suits may mildew during transit and may be subject to additional fees. Any suit that requires cleaning upon return will incur a $25 cleaning fee.

If you decide to keep the wetsuit, no return is needed. At the end of the rental period, your deposit will be collected and the suit will become yours.

Late rentals will be charged for the additional rental period. The rate and duration of any extension will match the terms of your original rental.

If you are returning the suit, please send it back in a properly sized box. Using a box that is too small can damage the suit. Please do not use bags, envelopes, or other packaging materials that may cause damage in transit.

We recommend using UPS or FedEx for returns, as both include tracking and $100 of insurance automatically. You may use another carrier if preferred, but it is your responsibility to ensure the suit arrives by the last day of your rental period. You can check your remaining rental time by logging into the account used to place your original order. Please note that we are closed Friday through Sunday and on most holidays.

For added protection, we strongly recommend purchasing tracking and insurance equal to the value of your deposit. If a return package is lost or damaged, any claim or reimbursement must be handled through the carrier. Synergy Wetsuits is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or incorrectly addressed return packages.

Once your wetsuit is received and passes inspection, your deposit will be refunded minus any applicable fees.

Wetsuit Fitment Notes
Final Fit Notes

What to Expect

A new wetsuit should feel performance-snug on land. Once you start swimming, it will settle onto your body and feel more natural after a few uses.

A triathlon wetsuit is supposed to fit snug.
It will feel less restrictive when wet, so it should feel tighter while dry.
If you are wet or sweaty, getting properly into the suit becomes much harder, so start dry and cool.
Quick Checklist

Before You Swim

Snug is correct

The suit should feel tight on land because it will relax and settle once you are in the water.

Start dry

Putting on a wetsuit while wet or sweaty makes fitting much harder and usually leads to a poor setup.

Give it a few swims

Brand-new suits loosen up and become more flexible after several uses, so allow a short break-in period.

Troubleshooting

Common Fit Reminders

The suit is not a dry suit, so some water will enter. If you experience excessive sloshing, the suit may be too big and could require a size exchange.

If the suit feels tight while swimming, try opening the neck slightly to allow a little water in.

New suits become more flexible after a few swims, so give the fit a little time before making a final call.
