Refund Policy
Synergy Wetsuits guarantees your satisfaction with any purchase made directly from our website. We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day return policy. If, for any reason, you’d like to return your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
If you decide to return your purchase for a refund, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Please make sure all returns are insured and include tracking information in case a trace or loss/damage claim is needed. All returns must be sent back in their original, undamaged, and unused condition, including all packaging and tags, within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund.
Please note, if you choose store credit for your return, you won’t be able to change the refund method afterward. Additionally, we can only issue one store credit refund per purchase.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to:
- Unauthorized returns
- Items received in used or damaged condition
- Wetsuits with deep, unfixable creases caused by improper packaging during the return process
Examples of damage include but are not limited to:
- Stains or residue from sunblock, Vaseline, deodorant, or body oils
- Smoke odors (e.g. from cigarettes or other sources)
- Strong or unpleasant smells that cannot be removed
- Any other condition that prevents the item from being resold as brand new
Synergy Wetsuits reserves the right to decline returns that are used, damaged, or sent past the 30-day return window.
Shipping Times. Although we generally ship the same day we receive an order, there are often slight delays on international orders to clarify credit card issues or to obtain authorization for higher shipping costs. We do not ship on holidays so orders received shortly before a holiday or weekend will not ship until the first business day following. We request your phone number, e-mail address and/or fax number so we can contact you with questions about your order.
Delivery Delays. PLEASE NOTE that we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery caused by bad weather, carrier error, customs or administrative clearances or other causes beyond our control and do not refund shipping charges in case of such delays.
